Job Description

An international manufacturing company is seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to lead and oversee finance operations, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial initiatives. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong leadership capability, business partnering skills, and experience in multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and management presentations
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance to support business sustainability
• Manage budget control, cost analysis, and profitability optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, legal requirements, and internal controls
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support all audit-related activities
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and digital transformation initiatives
• Develop financial models and business scenarios to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Lead or participate in ad hoc finance projects and process enhancement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Several years of solid experience in finance management within multinational or international organizations
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal controls
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or MBA are highly preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and finance digitalization projects preferred
• Good command of English communication
