Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing clients' team, a leading global company. The ideal candidate will not only manage the finance operations but also oversee administrative and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily financial work and accounting processing of overseas companies.
• Coordinating with tax agents for tax declaration, applying for bills, issuing sales invoices, tax planning, and other related tax work.
• Contacting foreign tax, bank, and other foreign-related institutions.
• Responsible for tax audits, audits, daily statistics, and other work.
• Responsible for financial analysis work, managing financial reports, and managing operational risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Min. 3-5 years of local financial accounting work experience in Malaysia.
• Familiar with local and national financial policies, accounting, and tax regulations, and proficient in bank settlement business.
• English and Chinese are required as a working language.
• Candidates with full working rights in Malaysia or holders of the Red Card are preferred.
• Background in trading/Chinese-funded companies would be an added advantage.
