We are seeking a Finance Manager for our Cambodia operations in Freight Forwarding and Healthcare. The ideal candidate should be Cambodian, with 2-3 years of experience in logistics or healthcare, fluent in English and Khmer, and knowledgeable in Cambodian taxation and accounting practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations (AP, AR, general ledger).
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian Financial Reporting Standards (CFRS).
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts.
• Manage tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax) and handle tax audits.
• Conduct financial analysis to optimize operational costs.
• Manage overseas transactions and foreign exchange.

Main Requirements:

• 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience (preferably in freight forwarding or healthcare).
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Expertise in Cambodian taxation, international transactions, and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
