We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager lead the finance function across the organization, ensuring strategic financial planning, risk management, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in both the KSA , with in-depth knowledge of regional financial regulations, taxation, and market practices. This role requires a proactive leader capable of driving financial performance, guiding investment decisions, and managing complex multi-project portfolios. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Leadership • Lead the finance function for KSA operations, ensuring alignment with Group financial strategy. • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management. • Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Supervise, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams. • Support mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture initiatives in the region. Financial Management • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple projects. • Monitor project and company-wide profitability, cash flow, and cost management. • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning. • Ensure timely preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Manage treasury, banking relationships, and funding requirements. Compliance & Market Knowledge • Ensure compliance with KSA financial regulations , VAT, Zakat, and labor-related financial laws. • Maintain strong knowledge of regional market practices, banking systems, and regulatory updates. • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. • Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and corporate governance policies.
