【職務内容】
Ø 財務管理： 日本子会社の経理業務を総括的に担当。月次決算、年度決算、キャッシュフロー管理、税務コンプライアンス、予実算分析、内部統制プロセス等を含む。
Ø ビジネスファイナンスパートナー（Finance BP）： 業務運営における経理関連プロセスを担当。顧客与信審査、見積分析、契約審査、顧客請求・サプライヤー支払等を含む。
Ø 戦略的な意思決定とプロセス自動化に貢献： 本社と日本子会社のハブ役として、日本子会社の方針決定に対し財務データ提出による支援を行い、社内プロセス最適化およびデータ自動化プロジェクトをリードする。
Ø 上長から指示される業務対応、他部署との連携
【求める人物像】
Ø 経理実務5年以上、年次決算の責任者経験または統括経験がある方、4大監査法人出身＋Inhouse経理経験がある方は尚可
Ø USGAAPとJGAAPの知見がある方、公認会計士、税理士、米国公認会計士資格保有者は尚可
Ø 言語：日本語＋中国語/英語
Ø 少人数チームのマネジメントスキルがあり、且つ、部門間コミュニケーションおよび連携が上手な方
