We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey and are now looking for our Country finance leader for Italy– a driven and strategic Country Finance Manager who thrives in an international & matricial company, performance‑driven, relationship‑based B2B environment and is passionate about developing people, business partnering, tackling challenges and results.

About the position

As a Country Finance Manager within Dometic, you will play a key role as business partner to the Management, actively contributing to the definition of company strategies and the improvement of economic and operational performance. The role will have full responsibility for the Finance function of the Italian operations, ensuring solid administrative processes, high‑quality reporting, and strategic support to both local management and the Group.

The position will cover 3 legal entities including 2 plants, a warehouse and a sales company, will support several business units.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the finance team to achieve results whilst transitioning towards an evolution of processes, greater structure, and a data‑driven culture. Set clear direction, establish goals and expectations, and ensure strong execution.
  • Oversee general accounting, management reporting, and controlling activities.
  • Manage the key financials annual milestones (closings, group reporting, annual budget, forecasts, etc) ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and high‑quality analysis for both management and the Group.
  • Monitor key financial, operational, and commercial KPIs, with particular attention to product, business line, and customer profitability.
  • Assess of the overall business performance, supporting Management in identifying critical issues and defining corrective measures.
  • Interface with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning and constructive feedback

A suitable background would include experience successfully leading a finance team preferably in a matrical and international environment within B2B and/or technical sales environments, as well as the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Total experience of 8–10 years, including at least 3–5 in Finance Manager or Senior Controller roles in industrial environments.
  • Strong experience in management control, preferably in industrial companies, with focus on cost controlling, profitability analysis, and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent command of Excel and main Business Intelligence tools.
  • In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and good familiarity with Italian accounting standards.
  • Solid experience in budget, forecast, and management reporting processes.
  • Experience with structured ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or equivalents).
  • Good knowledge of English, required for Group interactions.

Il tuo impatto in azienda

In qualità di Country Finance Manager, sarai il business partner strategico del Management. Non sarai solo un supervisore, ma un attore chiave nella definizione delle strategie aziendali e nel miglioramento delle performance economiche e operative.

Avrai la piena responsabilità della funzione Finance per le operation italiane, garantendo processi amministrativi solidi, un reporting di alta qualità e un supporto strategico costante sia a livello locale che verso il Gruppo. Gestirai un perimetro complesso che comprende 3 entità legali, tra cui 2 siti produttivi, un centro logistico e una sales company, supportando i responsabili delle diverse Business Unit.

Le tue sfide quotidiane

  • Leadership & Sviluppo Sarai la guida del team Finance. Il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di fare da coach, definire obiettivi chiari e traghettare il team verso una cultura "data-driven" e processi più strutturati.
  • Governance Finanziaria Supervisionerai la contabilità generale, il reporting di gestione e le attività di controllo.
  • Pianificazione Strategica Gestirai le tappe fondamentali dell'anno fiscale (chiusure, budget, forecast) garantendo analisi accurate e il rispetto delle scadenze verso il Gruppo.
  • Analisi delle Performance Monitorerai i KPI finanziari e commerciali, con un occhio di riguardo alla redditività di prodotti e clienti, identificando criticità e proponendo azioni correttive al Management.
  • Relazioni Esterne Sarai il punto di riferimento per i revisori, i consulenti e gli istituti bancari.
  • Miglioramento Continuo Promuoverai attivamente una cultura basata sul feedback costruttivo e sull'apprendimento continuo.

Il profilo che cerchiamo

Hai una laurea magistrale in materie economiche e un solido background di 8-10 anni, di cui almeno 3-5 in ruoli di Finance Manager o Senior Controller. Hai esperienza nella gestione di team e hai preferibilmente lavorato in contesti industriali B2B e internazionali.

  • Competenze Tecniche Padronanza dei principi IFRS e dei principi contabili nazionali. Esperienza consolidata in controllo di gestione, cost controlling e analisi della marginalità.
  • ERP & Lingue Ottima conoscenza di Excel, strumenti di Business Intelligence e sistemi ERP strutturati (come SAP o Oracle). Un ottimo livello di inglese, scritto e parlato, è essenziale per le interazioni quotidiane con il Gruppo.
  • Mindset Sei una persona assertiva, dotata di spiccato intuito commerciale e orientata ai risultati. Sai prendere decisioni con fiducia e guidare il cambiamento con chiarezza e coinvolgimento.
