PIC North America, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, based in Hendersonville, TN.
This role serves as the Financial Planning & Analysis lead for PIC's global consolidation and as the finance business partner for PIC's Product Development business unit, collaborating with leadership to support a range of business initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a global, fast-paced environment, equally effective working independently and partnering across teams, functions, and all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines are essential.
This is a hybrid position, based in Hendersonville, TN (4 days onsite/1 day remote), with up to 5% of domestic and international travel annually, depending on business needs.
The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,0000 USD per year. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
