Location: Port Charlotte, FL (On site) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: $80,000 - $250,000+/year

We are seeking an experienced automotive Finance Manager to join our Honda/Volkswagen dealership in Port Charlotte, FL!

Core Responsibilities

• Sell all of the tangible/intangible back-end products using a menu (Service Contracts, GAP, Paint/Fabric Sealants).
• Manage Contracts in Transit on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate resilience to work with lenders that specialize in poor credit profiles and sub-prime lending.
• Pay attention to detail and collect all stipulations that go with a subprime credit file.
• Take a transaction from A-Z, from the inception of the initial lead inquiry to delivery of the vehicle and funding of the loan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a Finance Manager role at a dealership
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Proven ability to rehash and structure deals with prime, mid-prime, and sub-prime lenders

• Consistently averages $1,800+ PRU
