
The Global High Net Worth (GHNW) team is responsible for the sourcing and onboarding of global HNW customers to the Enterprise through a global distribution and operations team. Our focus is to establish a future-ready organization that provides the global customer a ‘white-glove’ experience expected by our distribution partners and their private bank customers. The Finance Manager role provides end-to-end finance leadership and support for GHNW, with a specific focus on the Takaful business
Position Responsibilities:
Financial controllership
Takaful finance & Shariah-aligned financial oversight
Growth initiatives & projects – Finance SME
Planning, forecasting & performance insights
Regulatory, tax and compliance support
Treasury & cash flow management
Stakeholder management & leadership
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years relevant finance experience, preferably within insurance. Takaful experience is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA or equivalent
