Job Description


POSITION SUMMARY:
Primary role is to ensure high standards of financial control and reporting including management accounts and taxation. Overall responsible for accounting, financial and costing activities of the Company.
Job Responsibilities
·       Responsible for management accounting, financial reporting and analysis, costing and other accounting functions.
·       Manage the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting.
·       Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies.
·       Analyze data for decision making by operational and senior management.
·       Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax and corporate secretarial matters.
·       Drive new financial system implementations and upgrades.
·       Formulate and implement financial policies.
·       Assists in daily operations and other ad hoc projects as assign from time to time.
​Job Requirements
·       CPA with Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or its equivalent
·       Minimum 5 - 7 years’ relevant working experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
·       Working knowledge of QAD & SAP will be an advantage.
·       Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
·       Experience in a supervisory role is essential
·       Knowledge of manufacturing operations is preferred
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word etc
·       Strong interpersonal, communication & analytical skills.
·       A good team player, meticulous and dynamic with the ability to multi-task
·       Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & deliver within tight deadlines
·       Operationally oriented.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:45pm
