At Bupa, purpose meets possible. Join us and help shape a future where healthcare is more connected, more personal and more human.
We’re a global healthcare leader trusted by millions and committed to helping people to live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. Healthcare is changing, and so are we. We’re investing in more clinics, better systems and smarter, more connected ways to help our customers. As we continue to expand our services and invest in innovation, you’ll help create a healthcare system that meets people where they are, responds to what they need and leaves them better than before.
Here, your work has purpose, your voice matters and your future is full of possibility.
Just imagine the impact you could make.
The Finance Manager - FP&A & Projects supports commercial decision making across the Health Insurance business, turning financial and operational performance into insights that drive action. With a focus on strategic projects, the role shapes forecasting, annual planning and performance reporting, providing the Health Insurance Leadership Team and senior stakeholders with the clarity and challenge needed to make confident decisions and deliver key priorities.
Working across Finance and the broader business, the role brings together performance, planning and commercial thinking to uncover what is driving results, where value can be created and which risks need attention. By coordinating critical planning and reporting across a range of internal projects, it helps translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
How will I help?
You bring strong commercial thinking and deep FP&A experience gained within a large, complex organisation. With the ability to connect financial and operational performance, you quickly identify the drivers behind results and turn complex information into clear insights that shape strategic decisions.
Confident across budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and reporting, you know how to maintain momentum, balance competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. Your strong business partnering skills enable you to influence senior stakeholders, constructively challenge thinking and build trusted relationships across the business.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, together with a CA or CPA qualification, will provide a strong foundation for success. Strong analytical capability, experience improving finance processes and reporting, and the ability to lead or develop others will position you to make a meaningful impact.
Why you’ll love it?
We support our people to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. From providing initiatives that develop careers to looking after our people’s health, wellbeing and futures. Through the Viva Healthier and Happier program, we’re providing health benefits for everyone who works at Bupa, no matter their role.
If this sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s shape the future of healthcare, together.
