Job Location: Santikos Corp Office - San Antonio, TX 78249, We are looking for a Finance Manager, FP&A to help lead our financial planning and analysis function and provide the insights that support better business decisions.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role will own key elements of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and management reporting while partnering with leaders across the organization to understand business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and improve financial results.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both digging into the numbers and translating them into clear, actionable insights. The Finance Manager will also support strategic initiatives and M&A activity and help modernize our financial planning and reporting processes.

What would I be doing in this position?

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with department leaders to develop accurate, actionable financial plans.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial models incorporating key business drivers, assumptions and scenarios.
• Analyze financial and operating performance to identify trends, explain variances, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Translate financial results into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting that provide meaningful visibility into company performance.
• Partner with the Corporate Controller and senior leadership on financial strategy, planning and key business decisions.
• Support M&A and other strategic initiatives through financial modeling, due diligence and integration activities.
• Support financial controls, compliance activities and the annual external audit.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial planning, analysis and reporting processes.

Qualifications: What education or experience do I need to have to qualify?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis or a related field
• MBA, CPA, CFA or similar advanced credentials are a plus, but not required

What skills, abilities, and knowledge do I need to be successful in this position?

• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex financial information into practical business insights
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with leaders across the organization
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to improve processes and challenge the status quo
