Our client is a Global Company that innovates, optimizes and drives the supply chains and marketing promotions of many of the best known brands in the world. They are now seeking an Finance Manager / Finance Controller to join their team.

Finance Manager / Finance Controller (5-days)

He/She shall possess strong accounting background and works with internal teams in the business to evaluate, analyse and provide insightful financial information which can be translated into effective business strategies. He/she shall play a role beyond the accounting position and support the business in operational performance, macro-economic trends and competitors landscape.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly consolidation of Management reporting and the FP&A function
• Support the Senior Finance Director and HFM Leaders, to drive the Asia Strategic plan and work on quarterly budget and forecast
• Manage projects in areas like compliance and corporate governance, system integration, data management, automation, process optimization.
• Deploy business acumen to connect strategy with execution by providing big picture to the leadership team on how financial information connects with business performance
• Support business leaders to understand financial performance, manage and create meaningful reports and analysis to support them to achieve better business results, and suggest initiatives to enable achieving business targets
• Challenge and influence across the business to ensure activities are geared for maximum performance
• Involve from finance perspective and contribute to business decision making

Desired Skills & Experience

• Degree in Finance / Accounting
• More than 6-8 years of full accounting background, preferably with experience in Supply Chain industry
• Ability to work with strategic concepts that can drive forward or even propose ideas for change to improve direction setting of the company
• Clearly measure and articulate the utilization of internal and external financial information to help decision making
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Savvy with technology / charts / intelligent tools to analyse financial and operational information
