Finance Manager – International Accounting

Location: UK, Remote (ideally within travelling distance to London)

Join our team as a Finance Manager, International Accounting and play a key role in supporting financial reporting and governance across our international operations (EULAM and APAC).
You will work closely with regional teams to ensure the integrity, consistency and accuracy of financial information across the group.

What you’ll be doing

The core of the role is about control, clarity and coordination across our international entities:

  • Partnering with regional finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting

  • Leading the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle across multiple markets

  • Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, P&L movements, and consolidation packs

  • Owning and strengthening financial controls (SOX-aligned) across the group

  • Bridging statutory reporting with US GAAP requirements

  • Overseeing audits and building strong relationships with external auditors

  • Managing intercompany accounting and cross-border complexities

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Driving process improvements, especially through automation and smarter use of tools

  • Working closely with Tax, Controllers, and global finance teams on wider initiatives

What we’re looking for

You know your numbers, but more importantly, you know how they fit together in a global business.

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)

  • Strong experience in international accounting within a multinational environment

  • Solid understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP

  • Experience working with controls and governance frameworks (SOX or similar)

  • Comfortable navigating multi-entity, multi-country complexity

  • Able to challenge, influence and bring people with you

Not essential, but useful:

  • Exposure to US-listed organisations

  • Experience working across EMEA/APAC regions

  • Background in distribution, wholesale or supply chain environments

  • Involvement in M&A or business transformation projects

Why join us

You’ll be joining a global business where finance isn’t just reporting the story, it’s helping shape it.

You’ll get exposure across multiple regions, work with experienced international teams, and have the opportunity to influence how we evolve our processes as we continue to grow.

If you want to operate at group level, get stuck into real international complexity, and move beyond just “closing the books”, this is a genuinely interesting role to step into.
