Job Description

Company Background

We are representing our client a construction and property developer based in Cambodia. Currently they are seeking for a Finance Manager to lead the Finance team for one of their subsidiary companies.

Reports to: CEO

No. of Subordinate: 5 staffs

Work Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Working hours: Mon-Sat (6 days), 9am-6pm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall finance function and the finance team, prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, reports and forecasts to top Management.
  • Maintain good relationships with bankers, tax agents and auditors.
  • Provide strategic direction to the Management, providing high level, proactive financial expertise to the Management as whole and direction for financial planning.
  • To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in Finance, preferably in construction/property development industries.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
  • Willing to work in Phnom Penh.
  • Open to Malaysian ONLY
