• You are more than an “Application Submitter.” You know how to properly structure a deal to maximize approval chances. You are willing to work hard on complex applications and won’t hesitate to negotiate directly with banks to secure the best results for the client.

• You’re an expert in Prime automotive financing in an OEM environment (2+ years experience)

• You make balancing the numbers look easy

• You know how to balance customer experience with profitability

• You’re organized enough to juggle multiple deals without things slipping

• You communicate like a human, not a script

• You’re comfortable with tech and dealership systems

• You take ownership of your results (and your income)
