, we are looking for an experienced and practical
Finance Manager
. In this key role, you will be responsible for the financial administration, HR administration and payroll processing of the organization. You ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and provide management with clear financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

As Finance Manager, you oversee daily financial operations, monitor internal controls and support process optimization within the organization. You combine analytical skills with a structured and proactive approach, while working closely with management and the administrative team.

Tasks

• 
  Responsible for the complete financial administration of the organization
• 
  Lead, support and guide the administrative team
• 
  Prepare monthly financial reports and support year-end closing activities
• 
  Analyze financial results and identify variances or improvement opportunities
• 
  Monitor and optimize internal procedures and financial controls
• 
  Manage HR administration and payroll processing
• 
  Provide additional financial analyses and reports upon management request
• 
  Support operational and strategic decision-making with accurate financial insights
• 
  Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial and administrative data
• 
  Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes

Requirements

• 
  HBO working and thinking level in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics
• 
  Relevant work experience in a similar finance role
• 
  Experience with month-end closings and financial reporting
• 
  Knowledge of administrative processes and internal controls
• 
  Experience with HR and payroll administration is a plus
• 
  Analytical, structured and able to work independently
• 
  Strong communication and organizational skills
• 
  Good command of Dutch, English and Papiamentu
