Robert Bosch Angola is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations of the company, from daily transactions to strategic financial planning and reporting. This role involves managing financial resources, controlling budgets, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Duties will include but will not be limited to the following:

Financial Stability & Growth:

  • Maintain robust financial operations that support the company's strategic goals and ensure long-term viability.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Optimize financial processes to reduce costs, improve cash flow, and enhance profitability.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies, while effectively managing financial risks.

Strategic Support:

  • Provide accurate and timely financial insights to inform business decisions and support overall company management.

Stakeholder Trust:

  • Build and maintain confidence with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., tax authorities, social security, auditors) through transparent and reliable financial reporting

Financial Planning & Control:

  • Control performance in terms of invoicing results and cost control.
  • Manage company cash flow, directly linked to the Finance Department.
  • Organize, plan, and direct the use of financial resources.
  • Oversee budget preparation and monitoring to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure the timely submission of taxes and social security contributions for employees to the respective Tax and Social Security Authorities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards.

Resource Management:

  • Strategically allocate financial, physical, technological, and human resources.
  • Seek solutions for administrative problems related to all company areas.

Business Advisory:

  • Provide financial advice and support to various business areas (e.g., Electrical Tools, Thermotechnology, Home Appliances, Automotive Parts, Hydraulic Systems), as needed.
  • Contribute to overall company direction with effective leadership that motivates employees through effective communication.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee procurement processes and control of expenses.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions and auditors.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Fluency in Portuguese (native) and English (main working language). Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and French is advantageous for international operations

Experience

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally within a general management or administrator role where financial oversight was a primary responsibility.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing company cash flow and implementing effective cost control measures.
  • Demonstrated experience in ensuring tax and social security compliance and producing accurate financial reports.
  • Experience in diverse business areas, is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering effective communication.
