  • Coordinate with the Program Manager, directorate stakeholders, security staff, and recruiting/backfill teams to protect continuity during transition, leave, and vacancy events.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, public administration, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent federal financial management experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in federal financial management, program finance, budget analysis, PPBE support, or contract financial controls.
  • Experience preparing financial reports, data calls, budget exhibits, spend-plan inputs, or contract action tracking artifacts.
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal customers in a cleared environment.

Desired:

  • Experience with Air Force, DoD cyber, investigative, or enterprise mission-support finance.
  • Experience supporting FFP labor, T&M travel, task-order funding, and professional-services program controls.
  • Relevant finance, accounting, project control, or acquisition certification.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills with disciplined attention to source data and auditability.
  • Ability to explain financial status, assumptions, variances, and risks in plain language for program and customer leaders.
  • Proficiency with Excel, financial trackers, contract funding artifacts, and management reporting packages.
  • Ability to protect sensitive financial, procurement, and program information.
  • Strong coordination skills across program management, contracts, finance, pricing, and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate under monthly reporting cycles and time-sensitive data calls.

Clearance Requirement:

  • TS/SCI security clearance

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of PPBE terminology, DoD funding workflows, and acquisition support documentation.
  • Ability to design practical controls that reduce rework, late reporting, and unsupported financial assumptions.
  • Experience building dashboards or management views for financial status and risk.
  • Familiarity with OASIS+ or comparable federal task-order financial execution.
