Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the group's financial performance, planning and finance operations across multiple companies. The role will work closely with management and lead the Finance & Accounts team in supporting key business decisions.

What You Will Do

• Oversee financial performance of the group and subsidiaries
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Manage cash flow, working capital and funding
• Review management accounts and financial analysis
• Oversee banking facilities and financial institutions
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and approval processes
• Monitor costing, margins, expenses and profitability
• Oversee Group consolidation and intercompany matters
• Support investments, expansion, CAPEX and major decisions
• Oversee audit, tax and statutory compliance
• Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting
• Lead and develop the finance and accounts team

Ideal Candidates

• Solid finance and accounting experience, including managerial exposure
• Knowledge in group finance, manufacturing or project-based businesses
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent is an advantage
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Knowledge of costing, consolidation and internal controls
• Able to turn financial data into business insights
• Proven leadership in managing finance and accounts teams
