This is a Sydney-based Manager - Business Partner role in Finance Support, with an in-person work rhythm of 2-3 days a week, where you'll partner with leaders to improve revenue, margin and profitability outcomes.
What will your typical day look like?
You’ll lead monthly forecasting and in-month revenue reviews across a small to medium-sized portfolio, using performance analysis to spot risks and opportunities early. A big part of the role is turning financial performance into actionable insight that helps leaders make better commercial decisions.
Alongside forecasting, you’ll build scenario models and sensitivity analysis, monitor revenue, utilisation, pricing, recovery and margin performance, and support annual planning cycle. The work is closely tied to real business outcomes, with a clear focus on forecast accuracy, accountability and improving performance over time.
Success in this role comes from strong partnership. You’ll work across Finance, Talent, Operations and the business, preparing executive-level commentary, challenging assumptions respectfully, and helping stakeholders connect financial, workforce and operational drivers.
Finance Support sits within Business Finance and focuses on proactive commercial partnering that helps the business understand future performance and act on it early. The team works across forecasting, planning, performance analysis, pipeline and resource planning, bringing together commercial insight and practical action to support better business outcomes.
