Zonta House Refuge Association (Zonta House) is a specialist provider of family and domestic violence (FDV) services. Our purpose, values, and services have been informed through over 40 years of experience, the needs of Victim-Survivors of FDV in our community, and research in leading practice.
Zonta House provides holistic services to support individuals, children and families and facilitates education to contribute to social and systems change to prevent and stop FDV.
Victim-survivors of FDV are able to access responsive and person-centred support based on their needs to build a future free from abuse and thrive.
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent position based in Willetton.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team, the Finance Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring sound financial management across the organisation. The role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong regulatory compliance, overseeing effective financial systems, and driving robust financial planning and analysis.
As a trusted adviser, the Finance Manager will provide strategic financial insights that support informed decision-making, organisational sustainability, and long-term impact. The role will also lead and develop a small finance team, while fostering continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, governance, and overall business performance.
Appointment to this position is subject to the successful candidate providing a satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months.
