RouteVision is looking for an experienced Finance Manager who combines strong financial expertise with entrepreneurship, proven leadership, and a clear vision for AI and digitalization. You will build a future-proof finance organization and have a direct impact on people, processes, and decision-making.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you are responsible for the entire financial organization of RouteVision (Netherlands and Belgium). You ensure reliable reporting, strong financial governance, and high-quality reporting to the international headquarters. You act as a sparring partner to the CEO and Management Team and translate numbers into clear management information and concrete improvement initiatives.

An important part of the role is the further development of the Finance team. You help colleagues grow, optimize processes, and apply AI and automation in a practical way to make Finance smarter, more efficient, and future-ready. You do not merely report results; you actively help determine what can be improved and make those improvements happen.

What will you do?

• Responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely and high-quality reporting to the international headquarters.
• Translate financial data into management information, analyses, and strategic advice.
• Lead and future-proof the Finance team consisting of 5 colleagues.
• Initiate and deliver improvement, digitalization, and transformation projects.
• Apply AI and automation to make processes smarter, more efficient, and more scalable.
• Improve KPIs, management reporting, financial processes, and internal controls.
