Hines France is looking for a Finance Manager to help design, structure and deploy the target finance operating model for the French platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the France RE Finance Director and the finance team to make the platform more structured, controlled, scalable and data-driven.
A key priority will be the successful implementation of the dedicated finance operating model for Aparto, Hines’ student housing activity, ensuring that processes, data flows, controls, reconciliations and reporting routines are properly designed from inception and can be replicated for future residences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Important scope clarificationThis role will define the operating framework; it will not replace the finance owners in their day-to-day supervision responsibilities. Daily supervision of the external finance support provider will remain with the relevant finance owner, notably the Corporate Financial Controller for Corporate Finance and the Financial Controllers for Real Estate Finance. The Finance Operations & Transformation Manager will focus on high-level process design, governance, standards, controls and implementation discipline.
