Provide strategic financial direction, planning,
implementation, and management of all financial activities of Total Data
Limited

As the key member of the executive
management team, the Finance Manager interacts with senior stakeholders and
other members of a company

Ensure that approved expenses are
aligned with the overall budget

operational efficiency

DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES

§
Providing leadership,
direction and management of the finance team

§
Providing strategic recommendations
to the MD, Management Team and Board of Directors

§
Managing the processes for
financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all
financial reporting

§
Advising on long-term business and
financial planning

§
Providing commercial insight and
leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.

§
Responsible for ensuring the risk
and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the
company

§
Establishing and developing
relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

§
Reviewing all formal finance
related procedures

§
Monitor budget and provide cost
control to ensure compliance with TDL’s policies

§
Ensure monthly payment of staff
salaries

§
Ensure clients reimburse monthly
payroll amounts in line with SLA

§
Ensure prompt and accurate
remittance of statutory deductions

§
Liaise with external parties such
as TDL’s bankers, tax authorities, financial consultants, etc

§
Co-ordinate payment to vendors in
adherence to SLAs and the company’s procedure/policies.

Education

Minimum Education:

Experience

Minimum experience – 10
years’ experience in the finance industry and
proven leadership and management experience in the workplace.
