We are looking for a Finance Manager (B&P, Commercial & Operations) to be a key strategic leader for our Brazil operations.

In this role, you will be the core financial partner overseeing Budgeting & Planning, Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Controllership, and Supply Chain Finance. You will lead a talented team of two Analysts and one Intern, driving high-performance, resilient financial operations while connecting local business ambitions with regional executive teams across LATAM, the US, and global hubs.

If you thrive in dynamic environments, love solving complex challenges with autonomy, and are excited to grow within a caring, inclusive, and courageous culture, we would love to learn more about you!

Main Responsibilities

  • Budgeting, Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead and manage the annual budget process and periodic rolling forecasts (LEs) for the Brazil subsidiary. Build dynamic financial models and simulations to evaluate business scenarios, foreign exchange risks, and sourcing shifts while ensuring full alignment with corporate guidelines and regional targets.
  • Commercial Finance & Revenue Growth Management: Oversee strategic pricing indexes (SPI), grid valuations, tactical trade planning, and customer mix optimization. Manage trade promotion frameworks, ensuring rebate compliance with Corporate Financial Policies (CFP), while enforcing budget discipline over fixed overheads (NVOs) and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend.
  • Controllership, Audit & Accounting Operations: Own the accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close in compliance with US GAAP and local standards. Serve as the primary local finance contact for internal/external audits, SOX compliance, General Ledger reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity in partnership with Shared Services (CBS).
  • Cost Management & Supply Chain Finance: Partner with Procurement, CS&L, Co-Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain teams to manage accurate standard costs, intercompany pricing, and FX variances, delivering strategic financial evaluations for sourcing decisions.
  • Working Capital Governance & Team Leadership: Direct Credit-to-Cash (C2C) policies, DSO performance, customer credit limits, and inventory health (SLOBs). Lead, mentor, and foster the career development of a 3-person team while driving workflow automation and financial capability-building across cross-functional partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's degree.
  • Progressive finance experience within the CPG/FMCG industry.
  • Proven expertise leading annual budget processes, multi-year planning cycles, and advanced financial modeling/simulations.
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting closes, rolling forecasts, RGM, trade promotion governance, SOX compliance, and standard costing.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Solid experience with ERP systems (such as SAP FI-PA) and advanced productivity tools (Excel, Google Suite).
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.

  • Experience with financial consolidation tools, BI reporting platforms, workflow automation software (e.g., AODocs), and AI productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to navigate matrix organizations and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders (e.g., Regional HQ, Shared Services, Corporate Tax).
