ESR Kendall Square, Inc. builds, operates and invests in large-scale logistics infrastructure and facilities covering key markets across South Korea. We are committed to delivering optimized logistics and warehouse facility solutions for customers and driving positive and sustainable change. Our expertise incorporates all aspects of development cycle, from site acquisition to stabilization, while implementing transparent management procedures.

The Opportunity

The Firm is seeking candidates who will work with our Finance team to evaluate, manage, control and work with our investors. The qualified candidates will have the opportunity to be part of a highly regarded and professional organization that is also entrepreneurial and provides significant opportunities for growth. This position allows for involvement and in all aspects of the investment life cycle working with the most complex of assets and a highly skilled team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Overall management/control of project companies and management company.
• Manage/review of monthly closing and prepare internal reports.
• Cash management and arrange capital call for projects.
• Prepare annual budget and control.
• Review tax impacts and prepare/manage any tax filing requirements.
• Review/arrange internal transactions.
• Manage/review external audit.
• Review/Control adhoc finance related issues.

Requirements

• Candidates will possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience focused on either accounting or finance
• Undergraduate degree with preferred course accounting/business administration focused in finance
• Superior organizational and analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask
• Entrepreneurial, motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team
• Working level English skill is required
