As a Finance Manager, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge to month-end processes, annual operating plans, and strategic financial forecasting. You’ll partner with senior leadership to identify trends, streamline processes, and implement cost-saving initiatives, all while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Your leadership will guide the design, development, and maintenance of business analysis and reporting systems, ensuring our organization remains agile and competitive. You’ll also work closely with teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management to drive successful outcomes for critical initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Gallo experience to include 2 years of finance, audit, accounting, economics, statistic or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Leadership experience to include coaching and developing others or managing complex or cross-functional projects.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

  • MBA degree plus 6 years of Finance, Accounting, Military, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of Gallo experience to include 4 years of finance, audit, accounting, economics, statistic or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Experience with financial planning and reporting.
  • Excellent demonstrated negotiation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable and effective in the role of change agent.
  • Solid performance record of building successful relationships.
  • Management strength to provide motivational guidance and direction.

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
