Provide accounting advice across a range of IFRS topics including revenue recognition, financial instruments, software capitalisation, leases and impairment.
Draft technical accounting papers and work through the resolution of technical items with the Auditors.
Lead the assessment and implementation of new and amended accounting standards.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Monitor departmental budgets and operating expenses, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Develop, implement and maintain robust processes, systems and controls to ensure strong financial governance.
Drive operational efficiencies and support business change initiatives
Qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA).
Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience.
Experience in regulatory reporting, IFRS, and related accounting frameworks.
Strong accounting / audit technical background.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work within a team and independently, holding themselves accountable for meeting
team and individual deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with management.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
