Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.

• Collaborate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Master's Degree is a must.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
