Finance Manager – Belgium

About the role

Join our Finance team in Belgium and play a key role in helping drive business performance through financial planning, analysis and strategic decision-making.

As a Finance Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to provide insights, challenge assumptions, improve processes and support commercial and operational decisions. Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Controlling, Financial Analysis or a similar finance role.
  • Experience in a multinational company, FMCG environment or a Big Four firm is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and results-oriented environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Cognos, Power BI or similar financial systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.
