We are partnering with a rapidly expanding iGaming operator to identify a Finance Manager who can drive financial excellence, operational efficiency, and strong governance across the business.

What You Will Do:

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the company's financial operations, reporting, controls, and planning processes, ensuring the business maintains strong financial governance while supporting continued growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• 
  Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, payroll, payments, reconciliations, and month-end processes
• 
  Ensure accurate and timely management accounts, consolidations, and group-level reporting
• 
  Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• 
  Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management
• 
  Maintain oversight of tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory filings
• 
  Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support senior leadership decision-making
• 
  Maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
• 
  Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors and advisors
• 
  Partner with legal and compliance teams on licensing, gaming regulations, and AML-related financial matters
• 
  Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• 
  Build and manage relationships with banks, payment providers, and external stakeholders
• 
  Support business planning, financial reviews, and strategic initiatives
• 
  Mentor and develop finance team members
• 
  Drive process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and finance automation initiatives

All About You:

We are looking for a qualified and commercially focused finance professional with strong experience operating within the iGaming industry.

You will bring:

• 
  Fully qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
• 
  Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within B2C iGaming
• 
  Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• 
  Proven track record managing end-to-end financial operations
• 
  Experience with management reporting, consolidations, and financial analysis
• 
  Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial performance monitoring
• 
  Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, audit processes, and tax requirements
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• 
  Experience leading or mentoring finance teams
• 
  Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, high-growth environments

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with B2C businesses
• 
  Experience within regulated gaming environments

  Exposure to gaming regulations and AML requirements

  Experience supporting international or multi-jurisdictional operations
