We are experiencing significant growth in APAC and are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing team in Singapore In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely and complete management of day-to-day finance operations, with a particular focus on month end close, balance sheet integrity, revenue forecasting, statutory compliance, and audit delivery. You will also play a critical part in ensuring the quality of financial information used by the global finance team, senior leadership, and the Board, and in providing disciplined challenge to revenue and sales forecasting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage full month‑end close process, including payroll, operating expenses, prepayments, and accruals

  • Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and timely clearance of reconciling items

  • Oversee fixed asset register and monthly depreciation postings

  • Prepare trial balance variance analysis with clear explanations of movements and drivers

  • Work closely with the CFO in APAC to support monthly cash reporting

  • Ensure accurate GST recording, reconciliation, and submission of statutory filings across SG, HK, and MY

  • Act as primary contact for GST queries, escalating risks and ensuring compliance with local regulations

  • Process and reconcile payroll journals, government payroll tax items, and pension/superannuation accounts

  • Lead statutory audits across SG, HK, and MY, managing auditor relationships and ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables

  • Uphold governance standards, documentation quality, and collaboration with global finance to support forecasting, reporting, and compliance

Skills and experience:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least 5 years of technical accounting experience

  • Proven experience managing month‑end close across multi‑entity environments

  • Skilled in statutory audit work in Singapore (regional exposure in APAC will be advantageous)

  • Hands‑on experience preparing GST returns and ensuring compliance across APAC

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, confident with reconciliations and forecasting models

  • Strong track record managing audits and liaising with external auditors

  • Highly organised, deadline‑driven, with strong ownership, commercial awareness, and effective stakeholder communication
