With over a decade of operations, SERVTECH has established its presence in nine (9) countries: Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Liberia, Congo Brazzaville, Benin, and Guinea. Additionally, our gaming platform operates in 19 countries through franchise models under various trade names.

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and effective management of financial resources. The role requires strategic planning, financial analysis, and decision-making to support the company’s financial health and growth objectives.

Reports to: Country Manager

Location: Uganda

YOUR IMPACT:

●  Prepare financial statements and reports; ensure compliance with accounting standards.

●  Develop annual budgets, manage forecasts, and analyze variances.

●  Conduct analysis to support business decisions; provide insights to senior management.

●  Implement cost-saving initiatives; monitor expenses.

●  Oversee cash flow planning and maintain banking relationships.

●  Identify financial risks; develop mitigation strategies.

●  Maintain effective controls and conduct audits.

●  Collaborate with departments; communicate financial results.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

●  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)

●  Professional accounting designation (ACCA or CPA)

●  5+ years experience in a senior financial managerial position

●  Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics SL financial reporting software

●  Exceptional communication skills

●  Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

●  Strong Leadership and Management skills.
