Join our Wickes Finance Team at GXO, as Finance Manager supporting the Design & Installations (D&I) Transport operation. This is a high-profile, established role where you’ll take ownership of financial performance, partner with operations, and play a key part in driving business growth within the Wickes portfolio.
This is more than just a Finance Manager role—you’ll be at the heart of the operation, working closely with operational leaders, influencing decision-making, and ensuring strong financial control across P&L and balance sheet. From leading budgets and forecasts to delivering insightful reporting and financial analysis, you’ll help shape performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity with contracted hours of 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 to 17:00).

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts!
