Job Description

  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making (eg. cost price calculation).
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth.
  • People Management:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team (Plant Controller and Purchase Assistant), fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with company goals.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Ensure robust internal controls are in place.
  • Provide support to the Plant Director in the negotiation of milk contracts and market monitoring
  • Directly reporting to the Plant Director and in dotted line to the Financial Director Savencia Benelux
