The Finance Manager serves as a key financial leader for our client's Cement Division. The role supports the Business Head and Plant Leadership in driving financial planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making aligned with operational goals. The incumbent ensures strong financial governance across accounting, controlling, taxation, and reporting functions in compliance with IFRS, Company Group policies, and UAE regulations. This role also leads and develops the Cement Finance team, promoting a culture of cost discipline, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Actively participate in field safety engagements with employees, subcontractors, and visitors.

Assess and enhance team capabilities and structure.

Conduct periodic control testing and risk assessments.

Lead the Cement Finance team, fostering accuracy, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with company Group priorities.
Monitor key performance indicators (EBIT, Free Cash Flow) and drive cost and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Plant Leadership to deliver timely financial insights and support data-driven decisions.
Ensure full compliance with IFRS, company policies, and UAE regulations.
Oversee internal controls and Minimum Control Standards (MCS).
Provide financial evaluation and ROI analysis for Capex and investment decisions.
Enhance ERP/reporting systems for real-time financial insights.
Contribute to business transformation, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA) are preferred.
Experience:
5- 7 years of managerial experience in financial reporting and general ledger management.
Strong technical expertise in accounting, treasury, financial analysis, and internal controls.
Demonstrated experience in leading finance teams and managing complex financial operations.
Key Requirements:
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting activities.
Provide strategic insights to support executive decisions and business growth.
Oversee treasury functions and optimize working capital.
Maintain audit readiness and lead the finance team with strong governance.
