Job Identification

Net Working Capital and Cash Planning Manager

  • We are looking for a dynamic and high potential finance professional to join our Turkey Finance organization as a Cash Planning & Working Capital Manager.
  • This role will be responsible for improving cash flow visibility, strengthening working capital management and coordinating end-to-end cash planning processes across the organization. The position requires close collaboration with Finacial Planning and Analysis, Channel Finance, Shared Services, DT and Group Treasury teams to support both operational excellence and finance transformation initiatives. The role also offers broad exposure across multiple finance disciplines within a highly cross-functional environment.

What We Expect

  • Lead centralized cash flow forecasting and working capital planning processes across the Turkey organization
  • Consolidate and monitor actual and projected cash flow statements by combining financial reporting, operational assumptions and channel-level forecasts
  • Coordinate closely with FP&A, Channel Finance, Accounts Receivable and Shared Services teams to improve cash forecasting accuracy and working capital visibility
  • Monitor and analyze key working capital drivers including DSO, DPO, DIO, collections, payment cycles and operational cash conversion performance
  • Support achievement of Free Cash Flow and working capital targets proactively through regular tracking, analysis and action coordination
  • Work closely with DT teams and relevant stakeholders to improve SAP-based data flows, finance systems and cash reporting infrastructure
  • Act as a key interface between Turkey Finance and Group Treasury systems/platforms including Kyriba, supporting effective process management and related improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with operational and shared service teams regarding payment, collection, reconciliation and cash management processes
  • Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives related to treasury coordination, payment and collection solutions, finance digitalization and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to projects involving supplier financing, receivables management and cash optimization initiatives when required
  • Interpret balance sheet and cash flow impacts of operational and financial transactions, including tax payments, accruals and working capital movements
  • Prepare management reports, scenario analyses and cash outlook presentations for senior finance leadership
  • Closely monitor daily financial operations while maintaining strong attention to detail and process discipline

Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in FP&A, audit, treasury coordination or working capital management
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting and IFRS
  • Ability to understand and interpret balance sheet and cash flow movements behind operational transactions
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Good understanding of treasury operations, cash management and working capital dynamics
  • Experience with ERP systems and finance data structures, preferably SAP
  • Exposure to finance systems development, reporting infrastructure or digital finance projects is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with supplier financing, receivables management, payment/collection solutions or fintech-related finance processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written
