5+ years accounting or finance manager experience

Balance sheet adjustments for WIP and prepaid expenses (required)
Month-end close/accruals/journals (required)
Budgeting and forecasting (required)
Preparing and analysing management reports (required)
Payroll (ideal)
Point-of-Sale systems (ideal)
Xero accounting software (ideal)
Working in an Australian business context (ideal)
Skills :
Highly organised and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the function
Ability to make changes and diplomatically hold the client team accountable
Experience working remotely with Australian-based teams (ideal)
Potential to grow into leading other team members in the Philippines (ideal)
Education :
Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or Business
CPA/CA qualification - completed or in progress (ideal)
