Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee full set accounting, financial reporting, and project finance activities within a property development group. The role will support management reporting, project costing, budgeting, and cash flow planning for ongoing development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing and reporting
• 
  Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and financial performance review
• 
  Monitor project costing, WIP, and development expenditure
• 
  Support revenue recognition (POC method) for property development projects
• 
  Lead budgeting and forecasting for development projects
• 
  Manage cash flow planning and banking facilities
• 
  Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
• 
  Supervise and guide a finance team
• 
  Ensure compliance with MFRS, internal controls, and reporting standards

Requirements

• 
  Degree in Accounting / Finance or professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA preferred)
• 
  Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience with must have exposure in property development, construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry
• 
  Strong knowledge of MFRS, especially revenue recognition (MFRS 15)
• 
  Experience in project accounting, WIP, and Percentage of Completion (POC) method
• 
  Strong analytical and leadership skills
• 
  ERP system experience (SAP) is an advantage
