We are seeking a detail oriented Finance Manager to join our finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization’s financial stability and operational excellence by managing treasury functions and overseeing accounts payable, and payroll processes. The successful candidate will also provide operational and analytical support to the VP of Finance and accounting function/team.

This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our accounts payable and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, driving continuous process improvements, and supporting the organization’s overall financial health through effective cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Five years’ experience in treasury management or as a Controller. Healthcare experience preferred.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Active CPA in good standing.
• Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
• Ability to relate well to all individuals.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
• Ability to adapt to change.
