Job Description

Job Title: Finance Manager (Chinese & Italian Speaking)

Location: Italy

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years

Languages Required: Fluent in Chinese, Italian is a Plus

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and Italian and have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

- Ensure compliance with Italian accounting standards and tax regulations

- Coordinate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Support internal and external audits

- Monitor internal controls and improve financial processes

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles

- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and tax laws

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

- Fluency in both Chinese and Italian is a Plus (written and spoken)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a multinational organization

- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
