At BOSAQ Technology we offer water technology solutions to 2 target groups all across the globe. At BOSAQ Industries we provide containerised solutions to water-intensive industries to make their water use circular At BOSAQ Communities we provide decentralised drinking water technology solutions to Governments to help provide communities in remote areas with easy access to clean and safe drinking water.
At Water Experts, we provide consultancy services on integrated water-management approach for efficient use/reuse of water for industries.
Our customers are leading players in sectors as diversified as Manufacturing, Chemicals, Transportation, Food and Beverages, Real Estate etc. BOSAQ Group is at the forefront of innovation and has contributed to date to save over one million of cubic meters of water and produce premium quality drinking water for thousands of people all over the globe.
We are looking for a hardworking Finance Manager who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, with the potential to grow into the CFO role. Our ideal candidate has the background and experience to quickly take their place in our BOSAQ Management Team and become one of the key leaders to realize our ambitious international strategy.
As a Finance Manager you report directly to the Managing Director with dotted reporting line to the CEO. You work hard, are not afraid to get your hands dirty, and have an outstanding detailed and accurate eye towards the numbers. You define and drive strategic and financial objectives successfully across the organization.
Your tasks:
As a Finance Manager you take full responsibility for all financial, tax, legal and purchasing related topics within the company:
As an entrepreneurial business partner you challenge the organization with sound financial & legal advice to drive decisions forward;
You will lead all legal aspects for the company;
You define strategy, and support strategy execution by evaluating new business models & project proposals;
You develop financing strategies, combining mix of capital raises, bank loans, and other financing sources (export financing, subsidies, blockchain, …);
You ensure accurate and timely financial reporting & cash flow planning for communication to the CEO, management team and board members;
You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting and fast and accurate ad hoc financial analysis;
You coordinate and drive the setup of joint ventures, SPVs and subsidiaries (implementing the optimal fiscal an tax structures, transfer pricing, etc.) both national and international;
Within your areas of responsibility you assure compliance and decide on implementing tools, processes & policies to successfully keep up with a growing organization & company;
You act as a single point of contact to the organization for any questions related to your areas of responsibility.
You build a strong team and network to cover your responsibilities:
You determine a staffing plan balancing in-house resources and external support to drive BOSAQ’s growth;
You effectively liaise with external partners (accountant, lawyers, tax advisors, banks);
Together with the CEO you define & build up strong investor relationship management;
You claim your position within the management team to drive the company forward with your knowledge and drive.
Your IQ should be matched by your EQ
Master’s degree in finance, economics or a related field
You have at least 10 years of relevant experience preferably in a scale-up environment
You can and love to take on responsibilities in a fast-growing company
You can bring structure to a dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think and work at both strategic, tactical and operational level

b) Containerised solutions for companies to make their water usage circular.
2. Water experts provide consultancy services on integrated water management to help organizations save water and money.
In order to increase our social impact, we donate 10% of our profit to Water Heroes, a self-managed non-profit organization that provides drinking water purification systems to those who need them the most.
