Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Finance Manager with proven experience in the Stock Exchange and Intellectual Property (IP) sectors The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and capital management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in project finance and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across projects and business units
• 
  Conduct financial feasibility studies and evaluate investments using defined KPIs
• 
  Develop and manage funding strategies, including sourcing and allocation from internal and external channels
• 
  Perform budget vs. actual analysis, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
• 
  Implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization
• 
  Develop capital rationing strategies and provide financial insights to senior leadership
• 
  Ensure effective project-wise fund management and financial independence
• 
  Support bidding and proposal processes with strong financial oversight
• 
  Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives
• 
  Establish and maintain financial systems (SAP B1 preferred) for reporting, monitoring, and budget control
• 
  Prepare financial projections, assess risks, and drive profitability initiatives
• 
  Act as a key liaison between Finance, Projects, and Business Development teams

Requirements:

• ACMA or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
• 5–7 years of relevant UAE experience in a similar role
• 
  Proven experience in Stock Exchange and Intellectual Property (IP) sectors (mandatory)
• 
  Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and project finance
• 
  Hands-on experience with SAP (SAP B1 preferred)
• 
  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
