Job Description

Finance Manager ( Chinese speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on industry trends, competitive forces, market dynamics, and best practices to inform business strategies.
  • Spearhead the development of the companys corporate strategy, collaborating with senior management to set strategic priorities and identify key growth opportunities.
  • Provide high-level strategic counsel to senior leaders on critical business decisions, such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives, including market entry plans, business development strategies, and investment decisions to drive organizational growth and meet corporate objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Track and assess the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying risks and recommending adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and updates on the progress of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a multinational company (MNC).
  • A background in investment banking, management consulting, auditing, or a Big4 firms is highly preferred.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
