  • Drive automation and system improvement.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

About You

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role, with strong exposure to financial reporting, control, and month-end processes.
  • Experience in a not-for-profit, health, education, or similarly service-based environment will be well regarded.
  • Experience in management accounting, financial control, or a similar senior finance position.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • A high level of accuracy, reliability, and sound professional judgement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • CPA or CA qualification is highly regarded, and candidates nearing
    completion will also be considered.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

Essential Requirements

To work with us, you must:

  • Possess or be willing to acquire or provide a National Police Check issued within the last six months.
