In this position you will....
lead core financial operations and commercial finance support for Bolttech Insurance Broker business in Indonesia. You will manage end‑to‑end brokerage finance processes including commission revenue management, insurer settlement reconciliation, expense control, cash management, and regulatory submissions. You will enhance financial governance to OJK, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure timely financial insights to support business growth and strategic decision‑making.
You will be responsible for…
- Brokerage Finance Operations: Manage end‑to‑end commission revenue processes including insurer statements, policy‑level validation, and revenue recognition following PSAK; Oversee insurer receivables, settlement reconciliations, and monthly premium/commission collections; and ensure proper accounting for brokerage expenses, marketing support, overrides, and incentives
- Financial Reporting & Closing: Lead BiB’s month‑end close including journal accuracy, accruals, and account reconciliations; Prepare monthly management reports for BiB, including revenue analysis, cost tracking, and performance insights; and Support regional and group reporting submissions, ensuring compliance with PSAK and bolttech accounting policies.
- Audit & Governance: Support external, internal, and regulatory audits (including OJK‑related requirements for brokerage); Maintain documentation for accounting policies, tax treatments, and internal controls; and Strengthen governance processes and ensure financial discipline across the brokerage business.
- Tax & Regulatory Support: Review tax reconciliations and ensure alignment between accounting and tax records.
- Business Partnering & Operational Support: Provide financial insights to commercial, operations, and partnership teams; and Drive improvements in financial processes, automation, and reporting quality.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Strong understanding of PSAK, financial reporting, and brokerage accounting flows.
- Solid experience in month‑end close, reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations; experience with OJK reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Experience in insurance brokerage, financial services, or audit/tax firms strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; 7–10 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles.
