Salary Range: $70,304.00 - $100,000.00 Base+Commission/year
Job Category: FinanceThe Finance Manager is responsible for generating maximum finance, insurance, and fee income for the dealership via internal and external commercial equipment sales and referrals
A Day in The Life May Include
- Market finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers through established lender relationships.
- Partner closely with the equipment sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Evaluate customer risk using credit reports and financial statements.
- Ensure all vehicle sale and lease paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting finance and vehicle transactions.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in lending or finance with a proven record of success.
- Strong financial and numerical skills to evaluate credit and structure deals.
- Ability to assess customer risk and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills; able to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible to work beyond standard hours; valid Driver’s and Occupational License (within 60 days of hire).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
