Finance Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the financial strategy to support business growth and market expansion in Nigeria and Central Africa

• Overseeing financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in line with IFRS and Nigerian regulations

• Driving finance transformation, cost optimisation, and process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency

• Managing tax compliance, labour law requirements, cash flow, and capital planning

• Acting as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director on business planning, investment, and risk management

• Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Who You Are

• An experienced finance professional with 10+ years in finance or accounting, including 5+ years in senior leadership

• Experienced in the shipping, logistics, or manufacturing sectors

• Strong in Nigerian tax regulations, labour laws, and IFRS compliance

• Proven track record of leading financial transformation initiatives

• A confident communicator who can influence upwards to senior leadership and engage effectively with your team

• Skilled in financial analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
