We are seeking for a Finance Manager – Global Business Services to support GBS management team in driving financial stewardship, performance measurement and strategic decision-making. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reports to Senior Director, GBS.

Make an Impact by:

  • Performance Management and Reporting:
    • Develop and manage GBS P&L, including annual budgeting, variance analysis and financial performance tracking for all service units.
    • Prepare executive dashboards for monthly business reviews.
    • Develop service pricing with stakeholders, monitor and update cost allocation model where required.
    • Track performance of GBS transformation initiatives against approved investment cases for internal reporting
  • Support Strategic Decision-Making:
    • Act as business partner to GBS management team, providing scenario modelling and investment cases
  • Audit Support
    • Support GBS management team in audits and compliance reviews.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or other equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a shared services or GBS Finance environment, with demonstrated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting and management reporting.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and willingness to learn new IT tools/ applications.
  • Knowledge and experience working in SAP environment.
  • Exposure to transformation projects within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong self-leadership and ability to work independently while providing support to senior management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to translate issues into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
